Let's Ride!

The Bike Festival is on! Join us Saturday, June 12 at Kincaid Park. Registration is open now!

Mountain biking can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. Worried about getting lost on the trails? Need more rad people to ride with? Perhaps you just want to corner better and have more fun on rides. We get it!

This one-day festival was designed with you in mind.  Sign up for a custom skills clinic and make friends at your same level.

FESTIVAL DETAILS

The Bike Festival is your day! Come to ride bikes, make new friends, and have fun! If you joined us the first year, you will notice the format is a bit different. Based on your amazing feedback, we are focusing on the skills clinics and maintenance classes that people loved the most.

Every body rides! This mountain bike festival is for all FTWN-B riders (Femmes, Trans, Women, Non-Binary), including Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQ2+ folks, undocumented folks, people with disabilities, and riders of all sizes.

SKILLS CLINICS

Come as you are and leave a better rider! Skills clinics will provide a structured learning experience in small groups for riders at all levels. The clinics will cover topics like body positioning, technique, and how to ride over obstacles. Our coaches are experienced local riders trained by a Certified Professional Mountain Bike Instructor! Read more here.

BIKE MAINTENANCE CLASSES

No longer fear getting a flat! Participate in hands-on classes with professional mechanics to learn about proper bike maintenance, suspension, chains and derailleurs, common trail repairs, and how to change a flat. Bring your bike and experience the satisfaction of wrenching on your own bike!

FOOD AND FUN!

In addition to your bike, bring your lawn chair and enjoy each other's company. Families, partners, and friends are welcome. Have any questions during the event? Just stop by the welcome/registration table. This zone is base camp! Snacks, treats and fun surprises will be provided throughout the event to keep your energy and stoke high.
